These videos were made more recently for fun, to test an effect, or to communicate capabilities.

Backyard Effects
I was just playing around with my new camera and I had an idea for a simple effect. Turned out to be much more than I thought it would be. I would be more decriptive, but the video is better if you are caught off guard.

 

Video (old)

These videos were made a long time ago when I was just getting started in video (1998-1999). The video in these clips was taken using a Sony Mavica digital camera, which wasn't intended for high quality video. Color levels, brightness, etc. is therefor not of the quality I would like, but they demonstrate the ease of making and editing simple video clips.

Light Sword Fight (1.4 MB mpg)
Simple light sword fighting clip. Demonstrates adding glowing sword effects.

Cow Toss (1.0 MB mpg)
Throwing a cow back and forth. Simple inclusion of cow image
to appear as if it is being tossed around.

Solitaire Ghost (1.5 MB mpg)
Not a great example of overlapping video to make it appear as if
a ghost is on video.
