Quick Rainbow An easy one step process to make your text multicolored.
Start a new image and add your text. Color wont matter because the rainbow will override it.
Open the layer styles menu and add a gradient overlay. Choose the default Spectrum or Rainbow gradient settings.
And there you have it, the final version.
